Hansi Flick has asked Laporta to bring in several reliable players, but due to Barcelona declining finances, Laporta has to sell several players to get money to bring in new players. He has good qualities as a coach, he also has big missions and ambitions with Barcelona. We never know what Barcelona will be like under his control, let's hope things go as expected.
It is true that Barcelona's finances are in the worst condition, but in my opinion, under the guidance of Hansi Flick, Barcelona can overcome this by utilizing La Masia academy players. Under Hansi Flick, I think Barcelona's defense will get better, because he will apply attacks from behind, supported by fast wingers, fast fullbacks and accurate midfield passing. So I imagine next season's El Clasico will be much more interesting and intense.
It is undeniable that Barcelona is currently one of the clubs that has the best academy but in this case we cannot expect more by looking at the current condition of Barcelona with finances that are still bad and this is Flick's first season so there will indeed be some situations that are a little complicated for him to solve.
He needs to adapt now to the new club, besides that he also needs to build good communication so that players and coaches do not have problems so that their performance is maintained and the problem is that the big demands will obviously be there so for now actually Flick is still very much in a difficult situation where he has to prove his capabilities as a coach in the midst of their poor financial condition now.

La Masia's academy can still be the answer to closing the shortcomings but if it only relies on young players will Barcelona really be that strong? I think this is still very difficult to predict if they only rely on academy players against senior players at other clubs whose experience is much greater.
