It's best to just ignore it and if you don't know what he's talking about and what's the process then it's best to just leave it there and don't get involved in any transaction or else you'll get scammed. I can smell some scam attempts in there on whoever has tried to contact you. There is no need to contact you, and you can decide on your own to disregard that guy already.

When there are people that approaches you from nowhere, you don't entertain them and when they're trying to give you some good day talking about giving you money.
