People are skeptical about changing their diets. We are creatures of habit, buy the same foods from the same grocery store, prepare the same recipes over and over, and live within familiar routines.

I can't imagine how people can do that. Isn't it more fun to experiment each day a bit? I mean, even if you cook a soup with the same basics each day: add garlic one day, add carrot next day, add parsley, add chili pepper, add one teaspoon of sugar ... and thus you can make the same food a bit different each day.
