Bayern Munich star left-back Alphonso Davies has been linked to each of those clubs as his future with the club appears extremely uncertain.
However, new manager Vincent Kompany is pushing the Bavarians to extend the Canadian’s deal per Sky Sport journalists Florian Plettenberg and Kerry Hau (as captured by @iMiaSanMia):

I'm not even banking on it, knowing Burnley's dismal performance under him and it makes me dubious with bayern's performance under him. Bayern may have higher quality than Burnley, but nothing changes here. Kompany is trying to determine which players must be sold. Let's see who is gonna be sold by bayern munich soon.
I've heard he's been trying to send a contract extension to Alphonso Davies. Let's wait what kind of experiment prepared by him at this moment.
Alphonso Davies is a really great talent in my opinion. He didn't have a bad season either. I would absolutely like to keep him in the team if I were them. He is only 23 years old with this talent so he can play for long years.

Real Madrid has been mainly interested in him as far as I know. They are after many talented players in this transfer window as it seems. They have Ferland Mendy and Fran Garcia as left-backs for now. Fran Garcia is more like a backup player though. However Mendy hasn't been playing impressively in the recent two years.
His average rating has been below 7.0 in these seasons. Real Madrid would probably have Davies in the starting eleven if they sign him.
