a. hire a marketing team to promote your project
b. have bounty or signature campaign here
c. hire crypto influencer
d. be active in your social media account, it should be official and make the announcement
e. of course, developed it more to cater for crypto enthusiast and see value in the project itself

And it just shows that it's easy to create a project, but to maintain it and have the necessary support or consensus of the community? it's going to be very hard.
