Worse loss of Haney, he couldn't get over that he has to make sure Ryan gets punished for defeating him fairly.

We can understand Haney because that's the only way he can justify his loss. Winning the case would nullify Ryan's victory and keep Haney's record undefeated. In fact, it would create a compelling narrative that his opponent had to cheat to beat him, so his camp's actions to protect his reputation are justified.

However, a rematch is still necessary to truly settle the matter. But Haney could always refuse, as he has a valid reason to do so.

Yes, I do agree, regardless what has been thrown to Garcia, with or without the supposedly performance enhancing drug, Haney should rematch Ryan. But the fact that we haven't heard from Haney, it means that he doesn't want to go for another round with Garcia here.

Anyways, we will be waiting for the final verdict on Ryan Garcia. And if will be suspended by WBC or worst drop him from their rankings, so be it. He could be suspended for at least a year if really proven guilty without any doubt the he did used performance enhancing drug.
