Burnley is mediocre team but still, Vincent Kompany manage to guide then to become one of the fiercest mediocre EPL team, promoted them to English Premier League, but somehow they got demoted because they failed to meet the requirements. Perhaps Vincent Kompany found favour in the eyes of Bundesliga giant, he have more work to exercise in his new club, definitely going to be tough for him in the first season because there's more handling responsibilities to take of. The players in Bayern Munich are no mediocre players but experienced players that knows every corner to win games.
Don't call Burnley mediocre. Though neither Man City or Liverpool, they're hardly pushovers. That team was fighting-spirited with Kompany. While relegation stinks, his excellent work remains. Now, Bayern? That differs. Bundesliga isn't the Championship, and Munich's pressure cooker is ridiculous. Kompany's played at the top level, but coaching is different. He must adjust quickly and handle the locker room's strong egos
If he can handle that, he may create something amazing at Bayern. Unless he can, it'll be a short, terrible ride. The big leagues aren't easy
