Because, if next season Juventus fails to perform well, then I'm sure Inter and Milan will be the top two teams in the Serie A standings next season. Although indeed, there are other teams such as AS Roma, Atalanta, Napoli and several other big teams. But I personally don't believe they will be able to be consistent, because it looks like Inter still has the ability to dominate Serie A next season.
But if Juventus fixes everything and reshuffles their main squad to be more productive, I'm sure Juventus can compete in Serie A next season, I know that Inter Milan is still the strongest team in Serie A but all teams have the opportunity to be even better next season , whatever we see this season is bad, it doesn't necessarily mean that next season they will play bad again, I think there will be quite tight competition in Serie A next season, that's why the top teams in this league will definitely make major changes.

Juventus are also not only focused on the domestic league because they will also play in the UCL, if they still use the existing main squad of course there will be no changes to their game like before, to be honest this season Juventus is not very productive so they need lots of new players. be productive enough next season, if you want to compete in the domestic league or in European competitions such as the UCL, Juventus must do this to change things for the better. I'm also not sure Intermilan will play consistently like this season.
I slightly disagree that Juventus has to make big changes because this concerns the future of Juventus which should be done wisely without having to make big changes like you said and I have reason to say this when you remember how Juventus looked since the start of last season even though in the end consistent loss but look at how things are still good the players are still ready to accept the challenge in the coming season without hesitation I will say this.
Or if maybe Juventus needs to make changes to some of the defensive players, I would really support it because only the defensive line looked weak when approaching the end of last season. Juventus could always score but always ended in a draw and this means there was a weak performance in Juventus' defense.

There is no guarantee that when Juventus retains the main players, they will get bad results or maybe achieve success, but in my opinion, if you think that Juventus' main players currently look bad, maybe Juventus will not end up in 3rd place.
The difficulty of competing in Serie A and competing in the Champions League is not a reason whatsoever because Juventus has experience in the past and the most important thing is whether Paolo Montero is able to make big changes for Juventus' future?
The coach is also one of the keys to achieving success for a club and not just the players, but if the coach cannot provide positive changes, surely the talented players that Juventus has will not be able to perform optimally.
