Even if Manchester City drop points, they can recover those points later on and they have been particularly good towards the end of the season which has helped them to the top of the points table. Arsenal but if they lose some points in the middle or early part of the season, they cannot recover those points later and this is where they fall behind. It is difficult for us to distinguish how much better Arsenal are performing this season compared to last season.
Last season if they had most of the original XI in their XI then they might have performed better than this season but this season despite being injury free this team has not done well. However, this team is well aware that there is room for improvement and they will prepare accordingly for the upcoming season.
City is having a little bit of trouble with FA as we all know, they are getting a lot of court situations going and the whole famous 115 charges, and the amount of money FA is spending on the leagues is dropping lower, just because they have to fight off City as well, these are all issues that City is facing.
Doesn't mean that they are going to get hurt, it just means that everyone will keep on hating them, and being hated just because you are good is not the same as being hated because you ruined a league and every other team, those are two different things and when you are that bad, then it means that no teams fans will ever be kind to you, you will always get all the hatred in the world even if you start to be bad, and this means players may think twice before joining you.
