Im curious, did you deposit money that you needed on a bitcoin web site that has gambling? Im not saying its ok if what your saying is true. I am thinking, you were prepared to risk this money in the first place. Why would anyone ever put money they need in a risky situation in the first place? If $500 put you in such a pickle, then maybe learn from this? If its money you won and didnt deposit, this makes much less sense. Then you come here and tell us we are all insane and call them a-holes. If you really think that, no one is asking you to stay and send abuse our way. I use to react this way too. Ive been screwed by more btc web sites than i care to admit. Ive found that getting upset and reacting this way gives the person your mad at the excuse to ignore you. I understand you have been waiting a long time for an answer. We all have been waiting for answers. So far we have a few but def need more. I recommend, you clean up your language and consistently check in here until they get some support to talk to us. Realize that may never happen, idk? Or move on. Learn what you can from this and try your best to leave it behind. It cant be good for you or loved ones for you to be as stressed as you seem. I promise im not judging.
