I would absolutely be okay with a good title challenge next season. Because when it ends early in the season things get more boring in the league. Conte's arrival at Napoli is making me also expect a bigger achievement from them. But in the meantime, Napoli must convince their best players to stay as well. Conte is a great manager so maybe he can convince those players. 
Osimhen comes first in this list of course. It doesn't look like he will finish this summer without getting an offer from a rich team. Napoli might at least manage to keep him for another year and then he would decide his future depending on team success.
Conte brings new hope for Napoli to be able to give them something good. After their success in winning the title in the previous season, of course the expectations for them were getting bigger, and they couldn't answer that with anything good and they even had to be placed in the middle of the standings.
Osimhen is one of the most valuable players in the team, so maybe they will keep this player to help them next season. However, Napoli also have to make sure they can keep him and are not tempted by high offers.
