I see not less than 10 applicants here hoping to rank up to their next rank and there is no one to help them rank up  , have  been wondering if The Cryptovator, Amphenomenon, examplens have run out of their (monthly) Smerits. However you guys are doing well to rank anyone that needs a little lift to their next rank.
