I disagree with your statement, first off you should define wealth,  according to the Oxford dictionary it states that " wealth is an abundance of valuable possessions or money." If you check Wikipedia it would tell you that "Wealth is the abundance of valuable financial assets or physical possessions which can be converted into a form that can be used for transactions".

 Now you'll see that Wikipedia's definition of wealth is also related to money cause what can mostly be used as  a form of transaction if not money, yes money is controlled by the government but I expected you to be specific with the type of money, because Bitcoin is also money since it has value and is used for financial transactions but can't be controlled by the government.

 I agree with you that health is wealth but I'll also put it to you that you also need money to maintain healthiness, you need to eat to exercise now how would you buy food if not with money even if you exchange your valuable items for food, the item was still bought with money, nobody is born with knowledge, some people pay to gain knowledge and even if you learn a skill from the Internet, you paid for the Internet you used to learn such skills online with money, listen dear everything in the world revolves around money, clothing, shelter, food, etc name it.
