Hmmm, I quite agree with your opinion, mate. Enthusiasm at the start of the season is necessary to build the foundation for the league's journey, logically this makes sense. If at the start of the season Bayern Munich meets St. Pauli or Holstein Kiel, that would be a one-sided advantage for Bayern Munich.

But first, as I said before, we just need to see how Vincent Kompany leads this club in the friendly match against Duren, then the 2 leg match against Tottenham Hotspur and the first round of the DFB Pokal in August.
There must be reasons behind the veteran manager's refusal to take over at Bayern Munich. Every season we see that if Bayern Munich don't do well, they change the manager at the end of every season because they give the full responsibility to the manager. For a manager to be given the job and dismissed on the basis of his performance in one season, it must be a matter of self-respect, and it is largely because of that self-respect that experienced managers have turned down Bayern Munich's offer.

Kompany is not a skilled or experienced manager, but Bayern Munich are forced to rely on him because they have no other offer. At least they can't manage a team without a manager.

So far 6 managers have refused to manage Bayern Munich, including: Xabi Alonso, Julian Nagelsmann, Ralph Rangnick, Oliver Glasner, Thomas Tuchel and Roger Schmidt. Don't know why these great managers don't want to manage Bayern Munich, one thing that's on my mind right now is that it might be because the club's expectations are too high for the manager and it's a very tough job. As I said before, we'll see how Vincent Kompany will take this Bavarian giant.

I think Bayern Munich doesn't always change coaches every season, but indeed, for the last two seasons at least Bayern Munich changed their coaches after firing Julian Nagelsmann and then appointing Tuchel. But unfortunately, Bayern Munich may have been disappointed with Tuchel because of the poor results he got at the start of the season. Because of this and entering the second half of the season, Bayern Munich stated that they would fire Tuchel at the end of the season.

However, in reality that season, Bayer Leverkusen was indeed the best team and as such, at the end of the season Bayern Munich planned to give Tuchel another contract. But unfortunately, it is also possible that Tuchel also has been disappointed with Bayern Muinch to the point where it is finally difficult for Bayern Munich to appoint a new coach, until Bayern Munich takes a big gamble by appointing Vincent Kompany as Bayern Munich coach next season.
