The next step I took was to contact support Viserbank, and it turned out there I was told to top up $50 first to get an OTP number.
I don't know who else to ask if not this forum, is it a scam, or is the mechanism like that? For those who have used Viserbank for transactions, please explain, sir.
I don’t think we need to verify the platform to say that is clearly a scam. Why would they need for you to “top up”? Especially one amount that is not cheap at all. They are basically locking up your funds and you need to give them a specific amount to stop holding up your money. Classic scam.
But if you really want to check maybe they have an explanation for such amount, but to be fair I think it’s unreasonable.
