Each coach has a different strategy in building the performance of the club under his care. Arne Slot and Jurgen Kloop have different strategy patterns and are not the same so we cannot compare Arne Slot being able to do what Jurgen Kloop does because Jurgen Kloop used to need several seasons to improve his performance. Liverpool gradually and he also did not immediately provide good performance for Liverpool so Liverpool management already understands the stages of their journey with Jurgen Kloop and will likely do the same to Arne Slot by giving him lots of time, so that Arne Sloot doesn't need to feel pressured by the results that must be instant in his first season.
I also don't know what Arne Slot's coaching system is like because this coach is rarely mentioned in various media and it seems like he doesn't have much experience in various clubs in famous leagues and this is his first season coaching a big club in the Premier League Liverpool and he has to showed his skills even though he doesn't have much experience, but previously he coached Feyenoord and got pretty good results.
