In the last two seasons Sevilla's situation has continued to be dim and if it weren't for them winning the European league then they wouldn't be enjoying European competition. Just imagine that in the 22/23 season they finished in 12th position and in this 23/24 season they finished 14th, it is clear that they cannot improve their existing performance and continue to experience a decline.

I think it is very difficult to see Sevilla being able to compete like the glory era in the early 2000s and above and who knows, maybe this is the fault of the club management who cannot compete in a competition that changes every season.
