The Italian club will strive to spend more money in order to acquire Lukaku from chelsea following the latest announcement said that blues won't let him leave without 38m fees. There is only one team approaching Lukaku at the moment. Napoli is doing something, but it is unclear what the conversations between Chelsea and Napoli are about; however, it is apparent that Chelsea wants 38 million for him. Napoli plans to get him for a very low price, which is impossible to do. I'm glad to see that Chelsea is actually committing to selling Lukaku for a a high price, especially because Lukaku's contract is coming to an end at Chelsea. The blues must sell him as soon as possible. I believe Napoli can submit a bid of at least 30 million euros or more to Chelsea in order to get him. Still, not really sure whether chelsea will accept it even if the bet is closer to the 38m.
Lukaku is a seasoned striker in Serie A. It's ridiculous that no club would be interested in acquiring him from Chelsea. His performance has always been consistent.
Lukaku has a contract until 2026, so it will not end so quickly, although I think that Chelsea would like to sell him, but they paid a lot of money for him and they will not give him to Napoli simply because they are the only club that wants to buy him. And from what Lukaku says, I can also understand that he is not against playing in Saudi Arabia, and Chelsea would be better off selling him to someone who has money.
