The price is too expensive for a player whose quality has declined, I don't think European teams will be interested in signing Lukaku if Chelea is too expensive, for the Saudi Arabian team it is possible because the Saudi Arabian team has quite strong finances.
Now it is reported that Napoli are interested in recruiting Lukaku, but Napoli's offer price is still below what Chelsea wants.
I think that however Chelsea maintains Lukaku's price it will be detrimental to them because they don't want Lukaku's services anymore so whether they want to or not they have to sell him so that he doesn't become a burden on the team.
Romelu Lukaku's future will be determined mainly by the decision of Chelsea's new coach Enzo Maresca. The coach would have to determine if the Belgian striker fits his plan for Chelsea next season. Maybe he might decide to bring him back to Stamford Bridge as a supporting striker, after all, Chelsea's current strikers Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku are struggling to make a great impact. But if Lukaku is not in Enzo Maresca's plans Chelsea will have no other option than to sell him cheaply or send him on another loan again.
Last season Lukaku maintained his position to remain in Europe and play competitive football. But it seems he has shown no interest in moving to the Saudi Professional League if the offer is good. Chelsea will be happy if he agrees to move to the Gulf League because they might be the only league that can pay much for the 31-year-old player. For now, Lukaku is having a good time in his international appearance scoring a brace against Luxemburg in their 3-0 win.
