I agree with you. Conte is a good coach and I think Napoli have made the right decision by recruiting Conte. But if the club management doesn't give Conte a sufficient budget to buy some of the players he wants, I don't think that's a good decision. Club management doesn't want to spend big money but as you said, Napoli needs an experienced striker if Osimhen really leaves. But for now, Napoli are actually lucky to have Osimhen. He is a much better striker than Lukaku.
Napoli's management must think more wisely in terms of improving their performance next season because Conte's own performance will definitely be more visible and more fruitful for Napoli. And one of the wiser decisions is to bring in several new players, one of whom is a striker, so that he can partner with Osimhen if Osimhen does not leave Napoli next season. Apart from that, Napoli themselves cannot just be spectators in the current season of recruiting new players because their rivals are always looking for new players through the transfer market.
The point is that Napoli have to give Conte a decent chance, I mean they have to give him lots of chances when at the start he didn't show a good game. They have to be patient in seeing the development of the team in the hands of the new coach, because after all the coach will go through an adaptation process and perhaps it will take longer because they have to understand the character of each player they have in order to maximize the abilities of those players.

If Napoli is hasty in making decisions when they see that Conte is a little slow in improving the team, in my opinion that is something that is not good either. They had also spent a lot to get this coach's signature, so they had to think long before deciding on something. I understand that expectations for Napoli are currently very high, because they were former champions in the previous 2 seasons, but this season they performed poorly. It is hoped that Conte's arrival will bring fresh air to Napoli.
