Ac Milan could only finish in 2nd place this season, they were unable to compete with Inter Milan who actually had a better performance than them. After they became champions in the 2021/2022 season, they experienced a slight setback and this made them unable to compete closely to retain the title. Even in the previous season they could only finish in 4th place and they also achieved it with difficulty.
Next season I hope they can be even better and can compete fiercely to win the Scudetto title. They are one of the big clubs in Serie A, so they have to show that they are a big and strong club. I remember that when Napoli won the scudetto there was a big gap between the first and second teams so I have no idea if this year it was a coincidence or it's something that regularly repeats itself but I also remember that the juventus won with the record number of points and below there were other teams who scored the same points that would have been needed to win this year so sometimes you win even when there are favorable conditions or there are no decent opponents
