Yes. Victor Osimhen wanted to leave when Napoli wasn't the ideal place for him to develop his career. But his contract is still valid. The big clubs don't want to meet the price that Napoli is asking for Victor Osimhen. Napoli should consider lowering Osimhen's price, especially as they need the 25-year-old's transfer fee to fund new contracts this summer. While Napoli wants to replace Osimhen with Romelu Lukaku, it won't be easy because Chelsea insists on a fee of £38 million. Lukaku's contract release clause at the moment is very expensive. So why don't these two teams sit down and negotiate reasonably? At some point, they will receive a much lower transfer fee than currently. Or the transfer fee will return to 0 when the contract expires. The leadership of the two clubs should consider.

It's not like Napoli is a bad environment for his development, hell no!! We all saw how well he did for Napoli two seasons ago and his personal contributions as they went on to win the Scudetto League Competition.
It was a different one last season couple with the embarrassment he received from the account handler on ticktock and also how they saw themselves playing under managers who are not sound as Spalletti.

I think due to financial fair play rules, most big itching for him gradually reduced them interest in the player. Paris Saint Germany seems to be the nearest getting him but he will never win nothing with Paris Saint Germans. I mean, he will not be able to win the Champions League Competition.

Last time I checked, Napoli and Chelsea are good at making deals, all they need do is come to agreement for the fee. If Napoli wants Lukaku and he does the same, then it'll be a dine deal in little time. I know most clubs are not trying to make a rush so they don't sign up Injured players to them side.
