This could be the main reason that Julian Alvarez should consider, because apart from the possibility of getting a trophy through the team he plays for, he himself also has to highlight how his career will develop in the future. Besides PSG should be out of his mind already. Just as you said playing in the Ligue 1 by leaving the Premier League doesn't make sense. It is a big prestige loss. He is showing his skills much more comfortably in his current place. It is going to be really difficult for PSG to convince players in similar situation in my opinion. After Mbappe's departure they have got much weaker and they will need to find a solution to this until leagues start again.
