I agree with you. What Hansi Flick has to do is improve Barcelona's quality step by step. Barcelona is having financial problems and the club's performance on the field. And Hansi Flick came to Barcelona which had a lot of problems and because of that I really appreciate it. It's true that at the moment it would be better for Barcelona to shake off their poor form and not to win a trophy. Real Madrid's squad next season is truly very dangerous. I'm sure they will be able to beat anyone in La Liga and will once again become league champions this season.
He should be aware that improving the team quality is the main I'd not only reason he was hired, even in the midst of the issues that regards their finance, I don't think Barcelona would want to take or see that as an excuse for them not been able to win the league or probably do much better than they have don in the just concluded season. The reasons teams gets to change their players or even coaches, is basically for the purpose of improvement and getting better than they have been before then.
Winning a trophy is something I can't really tell at this point if Barcelona will be able to do by next season because they aren't looking really strong enough to be able to really get that done, I believe they are going to only try to get the team more stable and probably build on getting a better and solid for for the team to be able to improve their performance bey the regular they have had especially in recent seasons.
