The coordinator never has possession of users’ bitcoins, so they would not be able to steal them from you outright. They could try and overcharge you in fees, but the most recent version of Wasabi Wallet has some safeguards to prevent this from happening by letting you set a maximum amount you are willing to pay in coordinator fees. By default, Wasabi will only let you coinjoin with coordinators that have a 0% fee, so you would have to increase this to use this coordinator.
