Agree with what you say, Barcelona can start from the bottom again by recruiting young players who have good potential, because their finances do not support them at all in being able to bring in more experienced players because they have to spend a lot of money to get those players. Young players are getting a lot of attention now and they already have some good young players, so they should try again.
This is a choice they can make, because after all they are having a hard time now, so they have to think realistically instead of forcing themselves which could make them more chaotic in the future. A coach definitely wants the best for his team by bringing in important players, but management can discuss that and provide understanding for the coach. I think the coach will accept it, so he will think again about implementing other options that can make the team even better without spending a lot of money.
Of course, Barcelona management will use many methods to recruit players in this transfer market, I mean in the previous season they also had difficulties in the transfer market because finances were not improving. But with the method used by Laporta, Barcelona was finally able to recruit several players. Apart from that, the arrival of Hansi Flick will certainly change their approach in the transfer market, where there is a lot of speculation circulating that Barcelona will sell several old players to be able to buy new players.

Barcelona is a big team and it will be easy for them to convince their target players to join them. Speaking of Xavi, he will be widely linked with continuing his work in the Premier League, now I am curious whether he will join Manchester United or another team. So for the time being, Xavi will of course accept a new job because he is a coach who is quite good at making the team stronger with the strategies he has.
