Maybe 3rd time it will be a lucky charm for Arsenal ? they surely deserve to win EPL but on the same time , no year resembles the previous one and the players will have to understand they actually have to be more consistent , more prepared , more trained in all aspects. City most likely will have another great run towards the title and I don't see neither Liverpool , United or Chelsea to put problems but I do see Arsenal once again fighting for the trophy and hopefully achieve it. 
Obviously Arsenal are the only team capable of fighting Manchester City to win the title and even though they have failed in their two attempts, you can see the difference in their performances each season that passes, they were better this season and the challenge was even better than the last time. This upcoming season they might be even better as the players need to understand they have to keep fighting so they can one day win the title. If they don’t win it this time again everyone will lose hope in them, everything seems to be in place but no one knows where the problem lies, they need to be more focused and consistent than they have ever beenMaybe and hopefully. Indeed, they totally deserve it especially after the performance they had this season.
I don’t understand what you meant by they deserved it, they performed well in my opinion and they deserved a better result but to win the premier league you just have to be the best and clearly Manchester City was better than them. I am not an Arsenal supporter but i feel bad for them after doing everything right they still failed to win the league for the second consecutive season.
