With a difficult financial situation, I think Flick will have a hard time. A few weeks ago I read that Flick could not be officially registered as a coach Barcelona in La Liga. If this continues they don't have a good chance of player transfers, unless they get a new flow of funds. Due to the main contender, Real Madrid is currently in great team form due to quite good player transfers. Because of this, I think Barcelona will get heavy pressure from other teams who will still improve with the transfer market.
Barcelona will compete with Real Madrid next season, we hoped both team are able to sealed in the top position next season. Hansi Flick is the new headcoach for Barcelona but there's more to his managerial position. Barcelona and their supporters expects high of Hansi Flick because looking at his stats and accomplishments for Bayern Munich, he made good records and always winning, they hoped the same thing will happen in Camp Nou. Perhaps they should also consider the part where the club's is facing challenges and restrict orders when it comes to signing.

Barcelona main challenge for success next season is Real Madrid, only great luck can lead Barcelona to win the trophy. Real Madrid has built a star studded squad, something Barcelona has been unable to do due to the financial crisis. However, in my opinion, Barcelona will remain a team capable of pressing Real Madrid at the top of the standings, they are used to being under pressure even though they are currently faced with a difficult situation.
