If your mentioned news is true then i will favor chelsea to get his signature instead of arsenal. It's dumb if he joins in arsenal.

Maybe Osimhen's heart wants to leave but he is tagged too high by Napoli so other clubs will undo his intention to recruit, while Arsenal and Chelsea have no intention of Osimhen.
