Paris Saint Germaine as we all know have the financial strength to sign Alvarez but they shouldn't allow Manchester City to put them under any unnecessary pressure which will make them pay above what they're supposed to pay for the Argentine striker.
I'm not sure Paris Saint Germain will be able to do that, because they are a team that when they want a player they will do everything they can to do it, including spending a lot of money to bring in that player. The financial power they have encourages them to do that, even though we think it is something excessive, but they don't care as long as they can get what they want.
We can remember that when they wanted to keep Mbappe, they even gave this player big privileges and they didn't care about that. I think they will continue to do the same things to get what they want. Even though they have to spend a lot of money and it's not actually worth it. However, we'll see how things develop, because currently we have only heard rumors and in fact they have not made a specific approach to bringing Julian Alvarez to Paris Saint Germain.
PSG owns the money. Every great under the sun they have purchased. Messi, Neymar, Mbappé - its like a fantasy football team. You do know, though? There is no paper championship winning here. On the field they are won. Despite all the hype, PSG has failed to deliver.
Perhaps they ought to change their approach. Instead of throwing money at the problem, how about building a real team? Develop some young people, foster camaraderie, that sort of stuff. Let's say I wouldnt gamble the farm on it, but Im not saying they wont win it finally.
And if they want some real advice, they can give me a call lol.
