Finally V. Osimhen has made up his mind on leaving Napoli and with how things are I think both the play and the club have a mutual understand that he's leaving. Between Arsenal and Chelsea where he'd likely end up I think the Napoli striker should go to the North London side because they're the ones who are lacking that number 9 in their squad since the other players (Gabriel Jesus and Nketiah) have not done their job as the number 9 for the club.
Chelsea on the other hand already have players who can fill in the space only thing is they need to make all department work for the team and not by getting more players when they can't manage the ones that are their, so is best for the big man Osimhen joins the Gunners.

Finally, osimhen uses his sense to leave from napoli in order to step up his career. I never ever thought that if osimhen would be keen in joining arsenal. I would rather than pick chelsea as favorite club that will leads a transfer to get him from napoli BUT, wait a little bit.

It's really contradicted with another news that has already released before said that the blues has dropped off the interest to recruit osimhen from napoli.

It's all caused by a very high price tag by napoli. So, which news is true then?

If your mentioned news is true then i will favor chelsea to get his signature instead of arsenal. It's dumb if he joins in arsenal.

To be frank with you that decision he made is something I never saw coming because it has been something he would have done since the beginning of this season, imagine the former manager left and many good players including Osimhen should have left to avoid this disappointing performance but they stayed put hoping they could do better with a new coach, staying to me was a bad decision if you ask me.
If you're been asked which team between Arsenal and Chelsea which is better and more promising to win the EPL title would you still go for Chelsea? Maybe yes to you but Arsenal have 95% of struggling for the title next campaign, for the Blues I don't think they can because of how disorganized they have been but I'll say let's see how their performance would be like next season.
Napoli want to cage Osimhen with high price so that he'll stay while they keep hunting for a replacement but that can cause some problem between both parties (just like PSG and Mbappe ) and also I don't really know how much is the price Napoli placed on him but Arsenal has already dropped $75m on him, it could work.
