I don't think ots the government Fault for this one, what do you have them do hang every criminal they see on the street, taht woudk be a bad idea, law and oder already exists and is implemented, but bad people keeps getting smarter and corruption, but any way if you know where to walk at night and where not to, you won't be a victim, everyone should help himself by trying to stay safe and be cautious .
