Like you saw other losses to claim that this is the worse one ? I would laugh if NY Athletic Commission would turn this fight as "Haney win by disqualification" in the end. A guy drop you on the butt three times, but you still win. If Haney would really get a clear record after that, I hope he wont be proud of that and never claim that he is undefeated. To make thing fair, this time Haney should have (or have not) taken something and Ryan to be as clean as possible This is Haney's first lost as a pro-boxer, so yeah, it could hurt his ego because Ryan took that 0 from him. Although as we have argued, NY Athletic Commission might turn this to just NC in his resume.
But the full brunt will still be on Ryan here, he is a rising superstar and the next big cash cow, but this can affect his career as when the Commission put down their verdict, it could be a year suspension for him although he can still live because he has so much money in this bank account.
