After his departure, Chelsea is now starting to lose its status as a team capable of providing competition in the race for the title.
Boehly has not been able to handle Chelsea like Abramovich did, he has spent too much money in vain because he has not had any impact on Chelsea development. Now that Enzo Maresca has officially become Chelsea new coach after Pochettino was fired, Boehly must be more patient with the coach's ability to handle the club, rash actions will have negative results for the team. Mistakes like when he fired Tuchel must not be repeated if he wants Chelsea to develop as it did when Abramovich was still the club owner.
