I have really missed those good old days of Chelsea. 
Since Abramovich's departure it has been like that door is closed tight. Boehly is also a very rich person and he doesn't refrain from spending a lot of money for Chelsea.

Boehly is also a very rich person and he doesn't refrain from spending a lot of money for Chelsea.Truly, I believe even the premier league miss Abrahamovic; his love for football was out of this world and he has a proper understanding of how it is supposed to be as well; that’s why during reign the players, the management amongst the trophy cabinets are all top notch.
Boehly on the under hand, spends well but not efficiently or on quality players or managers; that has to change for Chelsea to succeed
I think Chelsea's problem is that they are always in a hurry to build a team, because Boehly has a lot of money and doesn't hesitate to spend it, so this makes buying players and appointing coaches not entirely appropriate. Or maybe, Chelsea is always in a hurry, so Chelsea certainly wants to quickly get the highest achievements quickly too. Therefore, the problem is not having good management because of course, if the club has very good finances then they certainly have a big chance of success if they have good management. Just look at the examples about mediocre teams that have good management, for example Bayer Leverkusen. They didn't spend a lot of money to achieve great achievements, but they managed so well that they achieved very impressive success.
