Can you post some screenshot as proof of those users claim? We haven't seen any complaint from any user of Stake here or in the Stake forum. I had sent an email to Poorbot team, but looks like they aren't interested to give any update from themselves. I'm not taking the side of Poorbot here, but it is the fault of those users who kept sending tips to Poorbot account after it started showing the error message.
