According to the screenshot you shared, the first withdrawal isn't instant and it may take up to 24 hours.
I have not tried playgram yet, but I think the 24 hour waiting time should still apply to your withdrawal, even if you meet their wagering requirements.

As OP explained, you need to wager 1x of the amount you deposited so that means you have to wager a total of $50 if the deposited amount is $50 then you can withdraw the balance. If you have used the free spins or free bonus to wager then you still won't be able to withdraw.
To make it more clear, let's say I deposit $50 and the required wager before you can withdraw is 1x of the same amount you deposited.
In order to withdraw, I have to wager or bet a total of $50 first using the $50 I deposit on the account to complete the wager requirement. Only the amount you deposited will complete the requirement and using free spins and free bonuses does not complete the wager requirement. Since your post before is that you have completed the wager then my question is, did you use the amount you deposited on your account to bet/wager or not?. I think the reason why you have to wager/bet 1x of the money you deposited on your account is to prevent someone from laundering money.
