Today it was raining heavily for several hours and the weather was so cold,while I was at home thinking of what to do to keep me warm so I decided to do some pushups to keep my body warm. I did 400 pushups in 8 sets and as I was doing the pushups to an extend I started sweating profusely,my whole body started heating up like a boiling water.I was flabbergasted with the Number of pushups I did today because I never knew I was this strong.
