Yes and Barcelona has to do that because trying to keep up with recruiting new players like Real Madrid will make their finances even more problematic.
Barcelona has to solve the problems one by one now and maybe management/Flick needs to make adjustments to the players for next season.
Saudi Arabia is a mecca for some footballers for senior players and they will choose to join there with an unlimited salary. Interestingly, Saudi Arabia has better financial capabilities so they can attract whoever they want.
