The major issues for flick would be the fact that Barcelona themselves are almost entirely broke and for a club like Barcelona that wants to return to their former glory they would definitely need to bring in some players and that would require funds which at the moment seems to be some of their issues but even at that I still expect them to be different atleast they have some good players, it just all boils down to the fact that a good coach with good mentality needs to handle the club.
In fact, saying that they are bankrupt is still not possible because after all, looking at the situation that is happening, if they were indeed bankrupt then it would be impossible for Barcelona to build a stadium that is quite magnificent, but what is happening now is that Barcelona is not too concerned with important issues so they are always having difficulty in every season because if they made the right decisions then the situation would not be like this, but because of some wrong decisions they actually lose some profits which results in their finances continuing to be disrupted.
It cannot be denied that until now Barcelona's finances are still very hot to the point that they cannot even buy players and are only maximizing young players and loan players. It's still fortunate for Barcelona to be in a good standings because looking at their current condition I still feel that if there had been no Xavi in the last 2 seasons Barcelona's condition would not have remained as good and we will see whether Flick can do the same thing or not.
