Also, what happens to your files if you forget to pay? they delete them or they keep them? I have never used this.

Popular/mainstream provider (which have free tier) usually keep your file, but you can't add new files until you remove file to free excessive storage usage.

Have you tried proton drive? They offer a lot of different services and accept bitcoin payments.

I haven't used that, but I'm pretty happy with proton pass and email.

For the record, don't put your BTC in the cloud. It's a disaster waiting to happen Tongue
The same ones that offer proton email? They hate Tor users, cannot even register an email through Tor.

Yes, the same ones. Although it's weird they don't let you register through Tor when their website have .onion version and their VPN offer some kind of Tor support.

Also when they accept BTC, can you send them mixed coins or they will complain too?

It's good question. While i don't know the answer, i know they use 3rd party to accept Bitcoin.

2.8 Payment information: We rely on Chargebee to process payments. Strictly necessary information is shared with Chargebee for credit card, PayPal, Stripe and Bitcoin transactions in order for the payment to be successful and associated with your account.
