I was just giving my interpretation (I am just a regular user, mods decide who is wrong or right) of the sticky thread on this board which guides posting. It says that a casino should have just one thread per site, at the moment airbet has 2 threads here on the first page. Go through the thread I linked in my first post and make your own recommendation.
My suggestion is when in doubt about the rules, leave it up to the mods. If they move it or leave it here, you have your answer.
I should also add that in that sticky thread, the op made an exception:

No, not unless there is something notable about it.
However, if you'd like to start a thread that you'll specifically use for all future tournaments, I can grant a one-time exception. The same goes for everyone else: If you don't have a specific thread set up for your site/specific recurring events on your site, I'll allow you to do that.
With that, you can use this thread for future contests.
