Re: Can any meme coin challenge bitcoin in future ?

Is it possible that some meme coin might challenge bitcoin in future ? Why or why not ? I personally feel that though we may see some mem coin making it really big but it will never be at the level to challenge bitcoin.

Anything is possible in the future, but when you calculate the probability of it happening, then you can determine the chances that it has. In this case if we're considering whether any memecoins can challenge Bitcoin, in the future, I'm very sure that the probability is far lesser than 1, meaning that it can be considered impossible. No cryptocurrency have come close to achieving the trust and reputation that Bitcoin, have built in the crypto market, even top altcoins like Ethereum, BNB and Solana are nowhere near the level of Bitcoin, not to talk of memecoins that have no use case.

Of course, everyone has their own opinion about meme coins, what is clear is that it is impossible for meme coins to challenge Bitcoin in the future, because Altcoins are just a complement and cannot beat Bitcoin's reputation.

They are just over invested on memecoin then think that it can challenge bitcoin in future. They are overfeed to much on hyping words but they failed to realize that how could a scam token could able to make it. Maybe they should check if there's relevance on the words they are reading especially if it comes to the dev of those meme coins since for sure the intention of those assholes is to hype people to think about that they can easily became rich with them if the price of their meme coin will go the same with the current price of bitcoin in future.

Instead of getting rich they will get badly broke if they believe on those scammers telling those lies. So better to have critical thinking so they could able to think that those devs are just fooling them.
