The major issues for flick would be the fact that Barcelona themselves are almost entirely broke and for a club like Barcelona that wants to return to their former glory they would definitely need to bring in some players and that would require funds which at the moment seems to be some of their issues but even at that I still expect them to be different atleast they have some good players, it just all boils down to the fact that a good coach with good mentality needs to handle the club.
Hansi Flick will be successful in his new club although he will encounter top challenges which will probably make things really rough and tough for the new coach. Barcelona are facing financial crisis and we totally understands how everything can play out because there's more options to explore but due to their inability to tabled in for sufficient resources, they might as well quit from solid budgets, more similarly in buying top talents. Hansi Flick will do his best to apprehend the performance of the club and we totally understands the point of the club.
Yes, it is clear that this is the toughest challenge for Hansi Flick because he has to build this team really from the ground up, where Barcelona has been experiencing a financial crisis for quite a long time, so to help this team they don't even have to spend on players for next season and are more focused on building young players, I I think the young players they have also need a lot of experience and playing time to be able to compete with other top teams, they will face many strong teams in the UCL next season too.
Hansi Flick already knows about Barcelona's situation but he is still there to build the team back into a strong team like before. It won't be easy to build everything from scratch again, even from the bottom, if it succeeds and Hansi Flick remains at Barcelona of course he will being a good coach to keep, I can't wait to see how Barcelona plays with its current strengths and with Hansi Flick's new tactics and even strategies to be able to compete in Laliga next season. Madrid will still be a difficult team for them to face, but they will definitely continue to try to work hard to win back the Laliga trophy next season.
