Barcelona is no longer able to be a rival to Real Madrid, no matter Barcelona's efforts to bring in the new coach. Because of course, if Barcelona still has financial problems then of course Barcelona will still be difficult to have better performance and results than Real Madrid. So anyway, even though Barcelona managed to recruit Hansi Flick as their new manager but still, there is no guarantee that Barcelona will have good results. Maybe,Barcelona hopes that Hansi Flick will succeed in making Barcelona have a chance to get a trophy next season but for me, Barcelona will still find it difficult to get a trophy even though they may only be targeting getting the Copa Del Rey trophy.
People will always point at the financial problems Barcelona is going through as the reason why they will not be able to win La Liga or any major competition. I even share the same perception because clubs need the best footballers to succeed in European leagues. However, some clubs surprised many sports fans and pundits. It would have been difficult to predict that Bayer Leverkusen would be able to win the Bundesliga with the quality of players and coach they had last season. Regardless of the high quality of players and coaching staff that Bayern Munich could boast of, they still lost the league title to a relatively unknown Leverkusen. I will not be surprised to see Hansi Flick building a team that will conquer not just Spain but Europe with the players at his disposal.
