Fine! since the thread is for pushups only I guess I will just have to stick to the pushups
Tried it this morning,it was so hard that I had to stop on 11, I thought it will be so easy since i do some early morning jogging,although I did it after I came back
This should count too, correct me if I'm wrong in my report

That we are talking about push-up exercise here doesn't really mean we will stick only on push-up exercise, you can add other exercises to gain full body balance and also puting the entire body part into good function.
Like my self I do involve my self into doing other exercises like lunges exercise squats, sometimes I do go to the pool to swim and so on but when giving your report here you will only give the the numbers of push-up you have done that is your push-up activities.
Concerning your report it should count.
Of course you can also exercise on different areas because what is more important is to keep fit and besides there are so many types of push up and each one has different style and method in overall it all boils down to push up, so perhaps sometimes base on how stress out or tired you can be you can possibly utilize any other kind of push up that would be more easy for you at that moment without exhausting you too much easier because whenever I don't have too much strength to continue my normal push up I use to make use of the reverse push up and the wall push up because it doesn't require too much strength to do it.
