Personally, I believe gambling should be seen as a game, not a habit or an easy access to wealth, " using son as a bet" is the height of it, People should learn about gambling before they start, the same way we learnt about careers, we should learn the act of gambling.
Even those who are experienced in gambling and those who have turned out to be a shame to the system didn't just wake up and jump into gambling.
I believe most of them went through some online tutorship or by just reading and studying the errors of other gamblers, which should set out good habits for them to kick up with, but most of them just set themselves up the way they want, and even if they have a personal teacher, some of them have outgrown them and set their own rules.
I don't think anything is wrong with us getting addicted to gambling but what's important is for us to fix ourselves and make sure we do the right thing that is not going to make us to finally get the kind of addiction we might not be able to control. It is important for us to understand ourselves so we don't have to keep begging for funds when we are supposed to be making money from our various bets. There is money in gambling and that is what many of us gamblers wants to be seeing in every of our bets. People want to make money and they don't want to lose which is nit possible because loses will surely comes.
