That we are talking about push-up exercise here doesn't really mean we will stick only on push-up exercise

Tried it this morning,it was so hard that I had to stop on 11, I thought it will be so easy since i do some early morning jogging,although I did it after I came back

Since you got tired when you did 11 push-ups this morning, I will advise you to stick with doing 8 push-ups in a set for 2 weeks. So that it will allow you to build up the stamina that will help you do more than 11 push-ups without finding it hard to do.
