Flick doesn’t have to think about how to improve the team’s financial position, there is a finance director for that. Flick signed a contract and he will definitely receive payment for his work, but he must take care of the team's results, because if he cannot achieve victories, then he will be fired. It also matters what La Porta expects from him, he probably wants to win La Liga and the Champions League, but can Barcelona do it now?

Lewandowski was injured in a friendly match, and will miss the first match of the EURO, the injury was not serious, although I think Flick tensed up when it became known that Lewandowski was injured. Strengthening the attack is one of the main issues for Flick.

It would be interesting to know what specific tasks are assigned to Flick, but this is classified information (at least for now). Barcelona cannot publicly admit that they have no goal of winning La Liga (due to their status) so now we can only guess what they want from him. If we draw an analogy with Xavi, last season they expected any two trophies from him (even the smallest one like the Spanish Cup). It seems to me that the target level for him is set as “no lower than second place in La Liga and no less than the quarterfinals in the Champions League + some title.”
To think of the task assigned and what the management expects from him, I’d say they would expect nothing less than what Xavi achieved last season. For Xavi to be fired despite ending at second place means they expect more from Flick and more being trophies, they want to win trophies no matter how small it may be and also i am sure they want to elevate themselves back to how they used to be in the past, they want to be a Champions League contender and also challenge for the La Liga trophy.

Hansi Flick needs to think of how to manage the team because a lot of players like to pick up injuries on a regular basis player like Pedri, what will he do in situations when Pedri is out injured. The team is not financially stable yet and they are very demanding, it could be very difficult to challenge clubs that keep signing top players. In my opinion i think the team should not be so concerned about trophies and competition too much they should rather worry about the financial stability of the club. When tgey have gained financial stability they can sign top quality players that will win them trophies.
