It was in the bottom left corner when I entered the site, but now I can't see it, I think because completed the survey.
Price boost works funny for me. It used to be a daily boost, one for each sport, then they changed it recently so you only got 1 boost per 5 settled bets. I got used to that but obviously, prefer the former, I don't have a high betting frequency 
I don't know, I just made several bets, and I felt like the price boost was working for all of them in the beginning. But if you make a multibet the initial price boost disappears after 3 or 4 legs and you get a new 10% boost if you additionally add two more legs with 1.50 odds at least. Is that right?
